She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gilmore and Lucille Sprinkle Gilmore; her husband Robert "Bobby" Windsor; her siblings, Trent Gilmore, Judy Speaks and Joy Gilmore; and her nephew Jamie Gilmore.
She is survived by: her son Robert Layne Windsor (Chelley Velloney Windsor); her siblings-in-law, Shelby Gilmore of Elkin, NC and Toby Speaks of Austin, NC; her grandchildren, Brady and Avery Windsor; and her nieces and nephews, Teresa Calderon, Sandy Welborn, Carla Speaks and Toby Lee Speaks.
