She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvin Marion Mercer and Myra Louise Price. She is survived by: her daughter April Harris (Josh) of Reidsville; her sister Kimberly Newman (Joe) of Winnabow; her partner Garey Tryon of Bolivia; her grandsons, Austin, Kaleb and Wesley; and her pet Luna.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the White Funeral and Cremation Service (4690 East Coast Ln, Shallotte, NC 28470). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
