Willard Lonnie left this world on August 3, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Causey and Eva Bennett Causey; and his siblings, Burnice Causey, Frank Causey, Doug Causey, Emma Nell Hewett, Reba Platt and Verona Hughes.

He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae Canady Causey; his son Willard Lonnie Causey, Jr. (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Connor and Evy Causey.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to Lower Cape Fear Hospice "Brunswick" House, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
