He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jones Milliken; his children, William Alton Milliken, III, Casey Jordan Milliken, Rev. Christopher Stanley (Mandy), Aaron Stanley (Cassie) and Christina Cox (Tommy); his brother Jamie Milliken (Missy); his grandchildren, Cole Duncan, Cally Lane (Colby), Clay Stanley (Samantha), Abbey Stewart (Paxton), Andy Blair Todd, Chase Cox, Noah Stanley and Mason Stanley; his great grandchild Grant Lane; his nephew Justin Milliken (Carmen); his niece Megan Milliken (McCall); and his great-nieces, Maeve Milliken, Shelby Milliken and Asbury Milliken.
