He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Hammonds; his children, Tina Matson (Shane), Valerie Goins (John Paul) and Tony Hammonds (Katie); and his siblings, Jerry Hammonds, Anthony Hammonds and Lora Hammonds (Popeye). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
