Oxendine of Shannon; his daughter-in-law Robin Oxendine of Hoke County; his sister Cecil McNeill "Betty"; and his grandchildren, Cameron D. Locklear, Mason L. Locklear of Shannon and Charles A. Oxendine of Hoke County.
