She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Blue; her daughters, Amanda Locklear of Raeford and Miranda Locklear of Shannon; her stepchildren, Timmy Blue of Wagram and Michelle Blue Henderson of Wagram; her siblings, Doris Ellen Locklear-Sanchez (Luis) of Raeford, Tammy Locklear Martinez of Raeford and Ricky Locklear (Betty) of Raeford; and her granddaughters, Ila Amari Locklear of Raeford and Alyssa Marie Locklear of Raeford.
