He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dixon Edwards; his children, Jed Edwards (Christy) of Palm Bay, FL and Andie Jo Guffey (Jason) of Mooresboro; his grandchildren, Elijah Edwards, Isaiah Edwards, Jeremiah Edwards, Lincoln Guffey, Jacob Guffey and Olivia Guffey; his great grandchild Ellie Monjaras; and his brothers, Don Edwards (Darlene) of Shelby, Burl Edwards (Susie) of Shelby and Jody Edwards (Sandra) of Shelby.
