He is survived by: his children, Jane Gordon (Danny), Ken Allen (Sheila), Sherry Blanton and Jerry Allen (Leslie); his grandchildren, Nikki Enge (Brian), Ashley Crain (Tim), Jana Goss (Troy), Kesha Ruppe (Matthew), Amanda Melton (Clint), Dr. Kenneth Allen, Jr. (Brannon), Sarah-Jane Fitch, Emily Fitch, Taylor Allen (Sarah Frye) and Brooke Houser (Zeke); his great grandchildren, Ava Enge, Zoe Enge, Cole Crain, Bryson Crain, Troy Goss, Jr., Tyson Goss, Tenley Goss, Mason Ruppe, Marshall Ruppe, Murphy Ruppe, Cora Melton, Cade Melton, Zeb Houser and Mak Houser; his former wife Linda; his half-brothers, John and Bruce Allen; his close friends, Pat Collins, Patricia Seagle and Randy Gant; and his caregivers, Ruby, Tabitha, Silvia and Maddison. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and his work family.
