She was predeceased by: her parents, Romie Blain Brackett and Cordelia Self Brackett; and her siblings, J. D. Self, William T. Brackett, Lucy B. Bumgardner, Carrie B. Lovelace and Jessie Sweezy.
She is survived by: her brother Johnny Ray Brackett of Shelby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
