He was predeceased by: his parents, Stowe Hendrick and Florence Hendrick; his wife Betty Scruggs Hendrick; his daughter Sandra Hendrick Ware; and his siblings, Betty Lou Crowder and Dean Hendrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Davis (Steve); his son-in-law Scott Ware (Myra); his sister-in-law Linda Hendrick; his grandchildren, Daniel Davis (Jennifer), Jered Ware, Mary Walker (Jonathan) and Ryan Ware (Anna); his great grandchildren, Della, Adalynn and John Daniel Davis; and his grandchildren, Lewis, Annabeth, Nehemiah, Jemima Walker, Hunter and Hudson Ware.
