He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Archibald Howard and Rebecca Jane Williams Howard. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Morrison Howard of Shelby; his stepdaughter Kelly Short (Duane) of Grover; his granddaughters, Novella and Georgia; and his pet Scooby.
