He is survived by: his wife Nancy Beaulieu Marler; his son Jeremy Marler (Kelly); his grandchildren, Bailey, Eli, Joey and Zach; and his siblings, Keith Britton (Tina) of Arizona, Mike Marler (Sue) of Georgia, Carole Marler and Joann Lowery.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunset Cemetery (412 W Sumter St, Shelby, NC 28150).
