She is survived by: her mother Epifania Candame of Shelby; her husband Thurman "Moran" Vassey Jr.; her children, Franklin Moran Vassey, Luke Thurman Vassey and Angel Grace Vassey; her brothers, Nonito and Angelito Candame; her mother-in-law Dorothy Vassey; and her sister-in-law Joanne Thomas of Shelby. She is also survived by 55 cousins.
