He is survived by: his granddaughters, Haley England (Jonathan Tessneer), Madeline R. England Cooper (Dean Cooper), Delaney P. England (Arthur Coburn), Elizabeth M. England and Caroline B. England; his stepgreat-grandsons, Collin Tessneer and Graham Tessneer; his sister Julia Edith Willingham; and his sister-in-law Linda Bowen.
