He is survived by: his brother Max Gene Latham (Judy Ann Epps); his sister-in-law Patsy Blanton Ball (Wilbur Dale Ball); his sons, Mark Latham (Amber Love Latham) and Macky Latham (April Bowen Latham); his grandchildren, Kylie Goode (Donnie), Madison Cooper (Ben), Katelyn Wray (Cameron) and Matthew Latham; his great grandchildren, Mavis Goode, Bostyn Cooper, Vira Wray, Clover Wray and Baby Elodi Goode; his friends, Wayne, Carol Lovelace, Jack, Jo McNeilly, Harold, Suzanne Willis and Hewie Champion; and his brothers, Keith Lane, Michael Lane, Phillip Lane, Robert Petty, Frank Meeker and John Ricker.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home (1401 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152).
