He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ira Kelly Sr. and Lucille Buchanan Kelly; his wife Kathleen Sink Kelly; his former wife Maxine Kelly; and his siblings, Barbara Dawkins, MaryAnn Kelly and Mike Kelly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Adams, Lisa Houser, Teresa White and Susan Wilson; and his grandchildren, Charles White III, Cameron Kelly, Brittney Blanton, Patrick Houser, Wilson and Dalton Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home (106 Cherryville Rd, Shelby, NC 28150). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Burial with Masonic Rites will be held immediately following the service at Cleveland Memorial Park, In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to: Boiling Springs Baptist Church, P.O.
