He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Vernon and Vernie Hunt Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Ann Holland Weaver; his children, Jimmy Weaver (Anita) of Shelby, Carol Bowman of Lattimore and Kim Peeler; his sister Betty Lutz of Belwood; his grandchildren, Keri Swink, Robert Hindsley and Katelyn Watson; and his great grandchildren, Kendall Swink, James Watson and Reece Hindsley.
