He is survived by: his wife Dianne Rollins Spangler; his daughters, Beth Hamrick (Brian) and Vickie Johnson (Scott); his grandchildren, DJ Hamrick (Summer), Jacob Hamrick (Chantelle), Devon Eaker, Andy Johnson (Amber) and Lucas Johnson (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Paisley Hamrick, Grayson Johnson, Carson Johnson, Kolson Johnson and Oliver Johnson; and his sister Mary Ferguson. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
