He was predeceased by: his parents, Purvis Iredell and Mae Allen Wesson. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Wesson Pless (David) of Shelby, NC and James Anthony Wesson (Amber) of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Kendall Grace Wesson, Kaitlyn Ivie Wesson, Delaney Ann Pless, Caleb Allen Pless and Keira Elizabeth Oxentine; and his siblings, Purvis Wesson (Mary Jane) of Shelby, NC, Brenda Gardner (Hal) of Shelby, NC, Jessie Hedrick (Sonny), John Wesson (Doris) of Shelby, NC, Dan Wesson (Antionne) of Shelby, NC, Gailya Hamrick (John) of Shelby, NC and Clyde Wesson. He is also survived by cousin.
