It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Morgan of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arvol Stanley and Marie Stanley; her husband Richard Morgan; her children, Judith "Judy" Wright (Barry), Sherri Beam (Zeb III) and Richard "Rick" Morgan (Georgann); her grandchildren, Ashley Wright, Lance Wright (Briana), Morgan Beam McCraw (Chris), Zeb Beam, IV and Emily Hunnicutt Hoyle (Walter); her great grandchildren, Calleigh, Caide Wright, Gunnar, Dalton McCraw, Annelise Beam, Abby, Macey and Lily Clary; her brother Kenneth Arvol Stanley; and her close friend Joyce.
