She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Phillips; her children, Angela Culbertson (Michael), Dawn Walker (Jody Pilkington) and Carl Wayne Weathers, Jr.; her grandchildren, Miranda Ayers (Jamie), Allie Ayers, Taylor Whitesides (Westley), Mason Walker (Madelyn), Devon Triplett (Jared) and Gunnar Weathers (Gracie); her great grandchildren, Benzley, Baela, Brixlee, Graylee, Kinley, Colton and Ellison; and her siblings, Imogene "Jean" Price, Jackie Gold, Delores "Doodle" Webb, Deborah "Debbie" Shytles (Mark) and Jimmy Morrison (Sandra).
