She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Smith and Genevieve Smith; and her sisters, Lucille Whippo and Wanda Miller. She is survived by: her husband Earl George Culbertson Jr.; her children, Mark E. Culbertson (Michelle Cochrane), Michael S. Culbertson (Angela) and Melissa C. Mathis (Jeff); and her siblings, Wilmina Vanderhoof of Titusville, PA, Shirley Ransom of Erie, PA and John Smith of Celorn, NY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
