She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Max Holland and Wona Davis Holland; her former husband Flay L. Kale, Jr.; her husband Tommy Edmondson; and her sister Gail Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Holly Bowman; her son-in-law Dickie of Shelby; her stepchildren, Bradley Thomas of Charlotte, Paula Edmondson Strange (Ross) of Burlington and Anna McGill (Denny) of Cherryville; her stepgrandchildren, Colton Bowman, Matthew, Suzanne, Bristan, Hannah, Zoe, Colt and Billy; and her close friend Joseph H. Talley.
