He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lee Parker and Dorthy Ann Parker; and his brother Phil Parker. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Parker; his daughters, Michelle Hamrick (Shawn) and Melissa Crotts (Allen); his grandchildren, Leighann, Kenzie of Jaxon, SJ, Zonnie and Zayla; and his siblings, Howard Parker (late Kathy), Sandra Bowling (late Mike), Larry "Buster" Parker, Jan Emory and Judy Ellis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lymphoma Foundation in Michael's memory.
