She is survived by: her husband Daniel H. Noggle; her daughter Nicole Ferree Bell (Frankie Cochran); her sisters, Jane L. Hamrick and Elizabeth L. Ray (Dwayne); her stepbrothers, Mike Martin (Jo), Tim Martin (Carol) and Mal Martin (Melinda); her siblings' children, Mandy Worthy (Mike Hathaway), Lindsey Worthy Wood, Dustin Love (Hayley), Tyler Love (Kate Boardman) and Savannah Ray (Jeremy Bouldin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb Mellon, Haylan Ellis, Audrianna Love, Deacon, Decker Love, Craig, Cory, Kendra, Jackson and Eva; and her pet Kira.
The family asks that in place of flowers, memorial donations be made to one of the following;(Plant a tree) Clay-Barnette Funerals, Cremations, and Aquamations.
