He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd Toney, Catherine Self, Irene Murray, Doris Cash and Cora Cooper; his grandchildren, Andi Holland (Josh), Douglas Toney (Ciera), Grady Toney (Dom), Dakota Toney, Samuel Toney and Eric McDaniel; and his great grandchildren, Landon Holland, Grayson Holland, Ansley Holland, Maddie Toney, Blakeley Toney and Oakland Toney.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Flint Hill Baptist Church (2207 Flint Hill Church Rd, Shelby, NC 28152). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cleveland Memorial Park (1225 College Ave, Shelby, NC 28152).
