He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Dover Whitworth; his sons, Jayson Flay Whitworth and Randy Sean Whitworth; his grandson Caleb Cheyenne Toney; and his sister Wanda Whitworth.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Whitworth; his father Flay Floyd Whitworth; his children, Kevin James Mertz II (Tracy) and Amanda Dawn Chariker (Stix); his grandchildren, Jayson Kiser (Taylor), Dylan Burgin and CJ Toney (Elizabeth); his cousins, Tommy Whitworth (Mel) and Don Whitworth (Myra); and his friend Tina Hopkins (Wayne).
