He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bowen Justice; his son Casey Justice (Amber) of Shelby; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Justice of Shelby; his brother Carl Justice (Kim) of California; his grandchildren, Haley, Brandon, Maggie, Miles and Maddox; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Liam and Bella; his niece Kyleena of Virginia; his nephew Alan (Rachel) of Colorado; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Bowen of Shelby and Judy McElrath (Dean) of Black Mountain.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Double Springs Baptist Church (1130 Double Springs Baptist Church, Shelby, NC 28150). A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
