It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Price of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Robert's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Robert has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur S. Price. He is survived by: his mother Doris Toney Scronce of Shelby; his brother Andy S. Price (Mitzi) of Shelby; and his sibling's children, Dr. Andrew "Chase" Price (Joanne) of Cramerton, NC, Megan Price Ernst (Teage) of Weaverville, NC and Dr. Keri Price of Belmont, NC.. He is also survived by one great-nephew and three great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home (106 Cherryville Rd, Shelby, NC 28150). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
