He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Whitley and Lola Jeanette Whitley; his brothers, Kenneth Whitley and James Whitley; and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Whitley and Donna Whitley.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Whitley; his daughter Tracy Rayne (John); his grandchildren, Grayson and Carley; his grandson-in-law Caleb; his great grandchildren, Logan and Cole; his granddaughter Tonya Beam (Drew); his great grandchildren, Miles and Whit; Tammie Keplinger (Kent).
