He is survived by: his wife Madelyn; his uncle Billy Ridings (Delores) of Shelby; his brother Bill Parker of Blacksburg; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Whelchel of Blacksburg and Kandi Bridges (Keith) of Shelby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
