She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Sherman of Shelby, NC.. She is survived by: her father Stan Sherman; her brothers, Bill Sherman (Lydia) of Boiling Springs and Steve Sherman (Gloria) of Shelby; her significant other Jimmy Beason; and her children, Jim (Dawn) of Boiling Springs, Josh (Jamie) of Boiling Springs and Jennifer Kerley (Dustin) of Boone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Boiling Springs Baptist Church (307 S Main St, Shelby, NC 28152).
