He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Brown and Shirley Wease Brown; his brothers, Robert Dale Brown and Kenneth Andrew Brown; his stepmother Pantha Elliott Brown; his stepbrother Dennis Elliott; and his sister-in-law Robin Radford Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, James William Brown (Marie) of Greensboro, NC, Charles Edward Brown of Jacksonville, FL, David Franklin Brown (Janet) of Broken Arrow, OK, Richard Glenn Brown of Fallston, NC, Mark Alan Brown of Bessemer City, NC. and Melanie Ann Burr (Mark) of Shelby; his stepsister Gilda Martin (Steve) of Shelby; and his sister-in-law Jerry Elliott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County or to the Totally Free Clothes Store.
