She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaither Godfrey and Katie Smith Godfrey; and her son Charles Anthony Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Haynes; her cousins, Phillip Godfrey and Judy Ammon; and her close friends, Larry, Lou Andrews, Aaron, Ashley and Kolton Suggs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
