He is survived by: his wife Debra Walker Clark; his son Thad Clark (Crystal) of Denver, NC.; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Ruppe of Greensboro and Haley Ruppe of Bostic; his grandchildren, Ava Clark, Nora Clark, Ethan Shepherd, Caleb Shepherd, Avery Phillips, Lauren Powell (Danny), Hunter Ruppe (Sarah) and Elliott Whisnant (Keirsten); his great grandchild Anslee Powell; and his pet Bootsie.
