She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Hutchins Thomas and Arthur Sipe; and her sister Marlene Willis. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Warlick; her grandchildren, Riley Warlick and Cody Warlick; and her caregivers, Virginia Price and Shonell Sutton.
