It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zoey Mills of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 10, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Mills and Brittnay Williams Mills of Shelby; her brother Devin Mills; her grandparents, Jeff, Shelly Williams of Shelby, Tom and Traci Harris of Boiling Springs; her aunts, Chelsea Williams, Kayce Jo Harris and Hannah Ramsey; her uncle Dr. Jackson Harris; and her cousin Harper.
