He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ralph Howard and Nellie Elizabeth Lawing Howard; and his wife Linda Wayne Sigmon Howard. He is survived by: his son Jeff Howard (Sharon) of Sherrills Ford; and his granddaughters, Whitney Howard of Sherrills Ford and Kristen H. Pennell (Heath) of Sherrills Ford.
