She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Riggs and Nelda Burgess Riggs; and her spouse Dempsey Forbes, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Nena Williams and Dempsey Forbes, Jr. (JoAnn). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
