He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Riggs; his children, Lauren Riggs of Shiloh, NC and Ethan Webb (Jessica) of Shiloh, NC; his siblings, Dawn Riggs Harrington (James) of Elizabeth City, NC, Kim Brinkley (Carl) of Shiloh, NC and Lance Riggs (Carolyn) of Shiloh, NC; his grandson Lucas Webb; and his pets, Kitty Kitty, Peaches and Shane.
