He was predeceased by : his father James Fleming Perry; and his siblings, Marsha Lynn Hamlet and James D. Perry. He is survived by : his mother Edna Alice Culberson Perry; his children, Fleming Shane Perry and Margaret "Niki" Andrew (Matt); his grandchildren, Hunter Perry, Alivia Andrew and Weston Andrew; and his nephew Cody Hamlet.
