He is survived by: his wife Sandi Nowlin; his sons, Matthew Nowlin (Kim) of Charleston and Jarrod Nowlin (Andrea) of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Brody Nowlin, Brooklyn Nowlin, Madison Kirkman, Branson Kirkman and Tyson Nowlin; his brothers, David Barbour and Mark Barbour; his sister-in-law Michelle Keenan (Tracy) of Siloam; and his uncle Ken Nowlin (Barbara) of Mount Airy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (314 South Franklin Road, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Old Pine Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (3263 NC-268, Siloam, NC 27047).
