She is survived by: her husband Billy Ruffin, Sr.; her children, Kim Stone (Chris) of Wilson, Dawn Ruffin Strickland, Robert Strickland, Sr. of Sims and Billy Ruffin, Jr. (Bonnie) of Sims; her grandchildren, Robert Strickland III (Harlie), Hillary Creech (Christopher) and Caroline Strickland; her great grandchildren, Brooks Creech, Katherine Strickland and Mateo Stahl; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Bailey Baptist Church (6646 Deans St, Bailey, NC 27807). Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:45 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
