She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Ray Lewis; her parents, William Ralph Jacobs and Montie Irene Nichols Jacobs; and her sister Ann Davis. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Jones of Sims and Michael Lewis (Debbie) of Arden; her grandson Kyle Lewis (Corie); and her great grandchildren, Adelle, Logan and Alex Lewis.
