He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Davis Boyette; and his parents, William Theodore and Eva Thorne Boyette of Wilson County. He is survived by: his daughters, Joanna Coker (Louis) of Lucama and Deborah Martin (Larry) of Tarboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
