She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie Kay Lamm; and her siblings, Betty Lou "Kit" Smith, James Ransom Mercer, Pealon "Wink" Mercer and C. H. Mercer.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Hugh Lamm (Donna) of Sims and David Bryan Lamm (Cindy) of Sims; her grandchildren, Tyler Hugh Lamm (Elizabeth) of Sims, Rebecca Rose Lee (Zeth) of Sims, Hayley Brooke Lamm of Wilson and Reagan Elizabeth Lamm of Sims; her great grandchildren, Weston James Lamm, Lyla Anna Rose Lee and Cheyenne Rose Lamm; and her sister Peggy Parks (Joseph) of Wilson. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Marsh Swamp Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery (6504 Rock Ridge School Rd, Wilson, NC 27893).
