We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2022, at the age of 57, Barry Eugene Thornton of Smithfield, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Mary Byrd, Paul and Ruth Thornton. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Thornton and Barbara Byrd Thornton; his daughter Parker Thornton of Smithfield; and his sister Phyllis Thornton of Smithfield.
