He is survived by: his wife Sarah Taylor Wiggs; his sons, James Wiggs (Pamela) of Princeton and Billy Wiggs Jr. of Princeton; his stepchildren, Paul Harris Jr., Bobby Harris of Deleware and Alice Sellers; his sisters, Barbara Johnson and Rose Taylor; his grandchildren, Cassy Norris (Patrick), Christopher Combs, Clark Wiggs (Penelope Rondon) and Nicholas Wiggs (Amanda); his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Harris, Tyler Harris, Josh Lineweaver and Jason Lineweaver; his great grandchildren, Adalynn Norris, Finleigh Norris, Payton Wiggs and Colton Wiggs; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Jonathan Hill and Jason C. Linweaver.
