She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Buff" Burkhart and Gloria Henzel Burkhart; and her brother Danny Burkhart. She is survived by: her husband Carl Weyant; her daughter Carla Broadwell; her granddaughter Julie Adams of Wendell; her daughter Marie Saunders; her stepgrandchildren, Amber Bryant (Mike) of Newton Grove, Kasey Jastremski (Jeremy) of Clinton and Stephanie Broadwell of Holly Springs; her great grandchild Rhydian Adams of Wendell; her stepgrandchild Gannon Adams; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chandler Medlin of Fuquay Varina, Leonard Jastremski of Clinton, Wyatt Jastremski of Clinton, Annabell Jastremski of Clinton and Jackson Jastremski of Clinton.
